Impax Asset Management Group PLC (LON:IPX) research analyst Agne Rackasukaite says the key trend they've witnessed over the last few years is the transition to much more natural foods from those which are heavily processed. ''It's a trend which started with millennials but has become much broader now'', she says.
''Natural foods are actually growing at close to 10% pa and gaining share from heavily processed foods''.
