1. People can learn what is needed - by themselves.
2. Realize that there is no way people can learn everything at once yet we would tend to just dump too much content on them.
3. When we develop lessons, we need to identify which ones must be taught and which ones can be learned by self-study or with the help of technology.
4. Policies, references, citations, or checklists are examples of some lessons which can be learned without having to memorize them or have an emotional experience towards these lessons.
5. Only about 5 - 20% of the huge content are the key areas which must be taught where learners need to focus on (errors, areas of difficulty, or areas worth the time to learn).
