Congress wants President Donald Trump’s tax returns to see debts and foreign investments. But Trump says he cannot reveal his tax returns because they are under audit. Al Jazeera spoke with Kyron Huigens, Cardozo School of Law, who said, "Congress has an absolute right to these tax returns" and there is "no room for interpretation".
Huigens added that Trump could be afraid of revealing "some financial assistance from Russia, not the government, but the oligarchs who are closely tied to the government" by releasing his tax returns.
