Guinness Denies Marathon World Record, Caves Immediately

There were at least 84 costume based attempts at marathon world record times at this year's London Marathon, but none got more coverage than nurse Jessica Anderson, whose failure to observe the criteria of previous record-holding attempts initially ended with Guinness denying her the record.

Of course, then it became a personal insult to nurses everywhere, and we all know how that goes...
