Anantasak Panyuthapum was a strong and powerful Muay Thai technician who frightened opponents with his ridiculously accurate elbow strikes from both inside the clinch and from distance. He used his impeccably timed teep to set up many of his knockout punches, in particular, his lead jab-rear uppercut combination which became a trademark technique.

Anantasak won the Junior Featherweight (122 lbs) WMC title, the Siam Boxing Stadium ISUZU tournament, and the Sports Writers Fighter of the Year Award 1997. He recorded big wins against legends such as Dara Aek, Dokmaipah and Singdam.
