The life sustaining breadth is within us. This life energy is connected with what we breathe and it stays as the Prana. We have to observe this Prana. It is difficult to observe this Prana, the reason being that our mind will not stay in one place. Our mind and our Prana cannot be together. When you observe your Prana, your mind will disappear, and when the mind is constantly in motion, the prana cannot be observed.
