My Thoughts on a Variety of Season 3 Hotfixes prior to 8.2

A lot of changes have been made to both dungeons and the new seasonal Affix Beguiling since we took the time to test it on the PTR.
Many of these have been undocumented changes, so its important to understand their importance even more so.
