Recently, I had to travel back to Connecticut to attend a memorial service for a friend who passed away due to a drug overdose. I have had a rocky relationship with substances myself in the past, and this trip was very difficult for me. In this video I discuss lessons learned from my own ups and downs as well as those learned from growing up with drugs.
