Conclusion: Managing fast bowler workloads involves a fine balancing act to have enough load to decrease tendon injury risk, but not too much load we increase risk of bone injury. Understanding all the factors and variables allows coaches to balance bowlers workloads to reduce risk of injury, promote recovery and maximise performance outcomes.
