I love having property managers! I managed my properties up until I had 7 and then hired out the work. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I talk a lot about why most landlords should not manage their rentals and how to find a great manager in this video. You cannot simply hire the first management company you find and hope things work out. Do a lot of upfront work to find the best company and check up on them after you hire them to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing!
