2. Hip Abduction (Sitting or Elevated) - 3 SETS x 15-20 REPS
3. Cable Standing Hip Abduction - 3 SETS x 12 REPS Each Leg
4. Deep Sumo Squats - 3 SETS x 12 REPS
5. Single Leg Side Kicks (on glute kickbacks machine) - 3 SETS x 15 REPS Each Leg
