SHOULD WE BUY THIS HOUSE?!

House hunting for a family of 5 with 3 kids is hard! We've been looking for a house, but need the perfect fit so we can do our work and the kids have enough room to play. We are moving to Atlanta, very excited about that, but having a hard time finding the right house. Should we buy THIS house? There are some good and bad things about it, what do you think?
