The Best Raw Vegan Ranch Style Dressing: Recipe & Taste Test One of the best ways to enjoy more raw foods is to have a delicious raw vegan salad dressing. This is the dressing I make to help me stay raw and eat more greens and veggies. Try this recipe as a dressing or a dip.

Raw Vegan Ranch Style Dressing:
Juice of 2 small lemons
Equal parts apple cider vinegar
3 Tbs hemp seeds
1 large date
Dash of dried onion
Dash of dried garlic
Pinch of dried basil
3/4 tsp sea salt
Fresh black pepper to taste
1 to 2 Tbs water

Add just enough water to blend thick and creamy. If adding water makes it too thin you’ve most likely added too much ACV. Less ACV is better than more. Sometimes I add less so it’s not too overpowering. The real base of the dressing is the lemon juice. Hemp seeds add the white creamy fat. Seasoning adds the flavor! It takes trying it a few time to get the mixture and consistency perfect! I hope you enjoy this recipe like I do! Here is to eating more salads!
