You DO NOT NEED A DAUM ID to join the ONCE Official Fanclub. That is a typo/error on the part of Yes24. JYP Entertainment is not associated with Daum Cafe. They have their own fan cafe (JYP Fans).

You will need to cross-verify on JYP Fans later, but not until TWICE tweets about it. For now, just follow the video and you'll be all set.
