Video package shows a rope tornado that develops southwest of Kit Carson, Colorado on Friday evening. The tornado was brief and only lasted a minute or two based off the ground circulation, as it briefly only fully condensed once. The rest of the video package shows amazing supercell structure prior to the tornado developing along with motorists west of Kit Carson driving in blinding rain and small hail.
