The death toll of people who perished in a fire after a fuel tanker exploded at Kyambura Village in Rubirizi District on Sunday evening, has risen to 22. According to the District Police Commander Fredrick Higwira says they expect the number to rise as more bodies are removed from the rubble.
Police say DNA tests will be done on the bodies, some of which were burnt beyond recognition.
