How to correctly install Solid blocking | Noggin-ing for weight points

When ever there is weight coming down in places that have no direct line to a structural support, its of the UTMOST importance to ensure that we solid block / install a structural Noggin in the area correctly.
This distributions of weight needs to be spread evenly and to do that we need to understand where the load is coming From and where it is going to be directed to.
Along with this the area taking the weight needs to be "Founded" properly and for Structural Stability.
