For the chicken:
2 lbs dark meat chicken, cut up
1/2 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of green seasoning
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp brown sugar
Approx 1/2 cup of corn oil
***I seasoned the chicken first before adding it to the pot to cook in brown sugar

For the rice:
1 carrot, sliced into coins
1 can of pigeon peas
1 can of coconut milk
3 cups of parboiled rice
3 cups of water
-few sprigs of thyme
-1 scotch bonnet
1 tsp of salt
