He has earned the praise of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his speech in Lok Sabha. He has hit out at the Congress alleging that Ladakh is under-developed due to Congress and due to Article 370. Later PM Modi has termed the speech of Jamyang Tsering Namagya as outstanding.
