As your conscious mind gently drifts off, you shift into deeper and deeper brain waves states, leaving your subconscious-self wide open for the planting of new and positive seeds. And you breathe deeply, noticing your chest and abdomen rising and falling. That's good, feel yourself deepening down into comfort. Breathe in and feeling the air pass in through your nose and into your lungs. And Breathing out, and feeling the air leaving the sides of your mouth. Keep breathing deeply as we continue, just loosening up those conscious thoughts. Letting them all go now. That's it. Coming into this wonderful present moment, and just listening to my voice, and drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation. Noticing the muscles in your forehead and face just loosening their grip. And now releasing all tension in your neck and shoulders. And now moving down, letting go in your chest and upper back. And releasing your lower and stomach. And now, feeling a soothing relaxation your arms and hands. And moving down, feeling relaxation in your legs and feet. And now letting go all over the body. Wherever there is tension, you feel it all melting away into a sea of blissful relaxation. You are feeling so comfortably relaxed and safe, so confidently and peacefully in control. That's it.
