Anyway, I discovered this technique kind of on accident. After years of practicing Kundalini Yoga, I tried another breathwork technique called Clarity breathwork. One day I did a round of clarity breathwork, and added a certain Kundalini yoga posture right at the end on a whim and BOOM! I had a surprise experience of utter bliss, with a rumbling energy permeating my body. More accurately, I BECOME this energy momentarily.
I've been doing this technique for years not really knowing what it was(I refer to it when talking to my wife as my "anger exercise"). Anyway, recently I began watching videos of people's recollections of DMT trips, and came across several videos about releasing it naturally through breathwork. The breathwork techniques in these videos were similar to ones I do, and the description of what a natural DMT experience was is similar to what happens to me when I do this specific thing I stumbled upon several years ago.
