Here in Canada, it's 0% alcohol when it comes to driving. That's why there are lesser vehicular accidents here than other countries that allow driving under the influence of liquor. People here are disciplined, especially immigrants because driving under the influence of liquor is considered as a criminal offence because it can endanger lives of people. So for an immigrant to drive under the influence of liquor will cause him to be deported to his home country.
So when drinking, be sure to have a driver who did not drink to take you home or if not, better stay for the night in the house where you've been drinking.
