Due to landslide of earth embankment on curti-Khandepar National Highway widening work, there is a major breakdown of 900mm dia DI pipeline and 750 mm dia CI pipeline there will restricted water supply to Ponda(Part) & Tiswadi Talukas including adjoining villages, Goa Medical College & all Defense Establishments on 15/8/2019 to 17/8/2019. All consumers are kindly requested to bear the inconvenience caused.
The retaining wall near keriyem khandepar has collapsed yet again damaging the main pipeline which supplies water to Tiswadi Taluka and some parts of Ponda and electric cables. Water supply will be interrupted for Tiswadi and near by regions for day or more.
