If you say "I love you" to someone and they don't say it back, here's what you got to do. We're going to watch George Constanza tell a woman he loves her and her not to say that in return. I'm gonna show you exactly what to do so that you can have some self-respect, show strength and potentially get the person to love you back.

Ladies and gentlemen or if anybody gets a similar reaction to that, break up with them. That's your only choice. You can't be with them because it's too awkward. There's no other way around it. Also, if you break up with them, you're showing them strength. You show weakness by not reading the fact that that person doesn't love you back.

Maybe that person is sending you mixed signals but the point is, you don't tolerate it. If they come back and want to start it all over again, all you got to do is say you don't like the way things went.

Make her convince you why she's got to return. Make her work to get back to you. Don't break up with someone and then take her back, she's got to make it up.
