We all know that certain materials such as diamonds can cost thousands upon thousands of dollars, but do you know that there’s a material out there that costs trillions?

I’m Justin from business trending and these are 10 Expensive Materials In The World

10. Plutonium:
Plutonium is mainly found in the hearts of nuclear reactors but can also be found powering satellites. Plutonium can also be found, rarely, naturally. This form of power can be used for space travels. The cost of Plutonium is $6,000 per gram.

9. Painite
Painite is known to be the "hardest" to locate of all the world's rarest minerals. It was first discovered in Burma in 1950 by the British Gem Dealer Arthur C. D. Pain. This mineral can cost from $9,000 up to $300,000. This mineral is in high demand.

8. Grandidierite
Grandidierite is a very very rare mineral, It was first discovered in 1902 in Southern Madagascar by Alfred Grandidier. This very rare mineral will set you back $10,000 for a poorer quality of the mineral.

Soliris is believed to be the most expensive drug in the world. It’s used to treat the disease aHUS. This is a life-threatening disease and costs $13,880 per gram of soliris.

6. Taaffeite Stone
Taaffeite is an incredibly rare gemstone that has only recently become desirable by collectors. It has color ranges from red to purple and there are thought to be less than ten red ones in existence. Natural diamonds have long been prized for their beauty and extreme hardness. They are, in fact, the hardest substance known on Earth. These white stones are forged at the very depths of the Earth's crust and upper mantle and as such have experienced intense temperatures and pressures.
Diamonds can go from $55,000 up to $108,000 per gram.

3. Californium
Scientists create californium by bombarding curium with alpha particles. Californium can cost from $10Million to $27Million.

Endohedral Fullerenes are normal fullerenes with extra atoms, ions or clusters within inner spheres. It could have applications for highly accurate atomic clocks. This will set you back $160M

And finally, at number 1. Antimatter
Antimatter is by far the most expensive material on Earth. Although only very small amounts have ever been produced, there is currently no way of storing it.
