I told you, I am not good at cooking! So when lazy times strike, I just prepare sandwiches. Easy to prepare and convenient. So today, another first-time-to-do recipe in the Unsalted Series is a mayo made from avocados for that chicken spread! A healthier option for fats! As usual, NO Salt Added!
INGREDIENTS
Avocados x 2 pieces medium-sized
Onion x half of small-sized
Lemon x half of regular-sized
Black Pepper x as you desire
Mustard x as you desire/ according to your taste
Olive Oil x 1 teaspoon
That's It! Blend them All!
No Salt Added
No Sugar Added
