Clean Shaving Razor with least amount of water

There are some videos on YouTube (e.g., see this one: ) giving tips on how to make the razor last long, but their method of cleaning the razor wastes a whole lot of water, so I thought of showing this simple technique to clean with just a little bit of water and still be effective.
