Our Inventory Systems' Forecast Feature - Enhancements

"Welcome to the Best in Class cloud-based Barcode Inventory System, by ASAP Systems. Today we are here to look at a recent upgrade to the New Forecasting Feature. This new feature allows administrators to control the level of access users have to the Forecasting Feature.

Just like all other Advanced Security components we will start off here in the Security Level section of System Configuration. Any user defined security level, even those copied from pre-set levels, can have its access to the Forecasting system restricted.

Also similarly to the other features there are 4 levels of control.

View - lets the Administrator control if the user can see the reporting module. When turned on the user can only view existing forecast reports.

Add - permits a user of this level to create or generate new forecast reports

Edit - permits a user to modify an existing Forecast Report

Finally Delete will let the user remove or delete existing Forecast Reports.
