next.js and react-bootstrap setup and correct navigation and routing

I spent some time to figure out how to setup next.js and a ui framework: react-bootstrap correctly, making sure that the navigation also works as expected.
It was not straightforward, so I thought it'd make sense to create a quick video and share the solution. Let me know what you think.
