Not Forgotten Bug (Haunted Magnificent Howl) | Destiny 2 Shadowkeep

Not Forgotten has a bug that has recently been discovered that allows it to 3 tap in ranges it shouldn't 3 tap. This bug seems to be tied to the perk Magnificent Howl, so it's very possible Luna's Howl also experiences this.
