45 Almonds - Half cup of water
1/2 cup Horsetail herb- 1 cup water
2 tbsp fenugreek seed - 2 cups water
3 tbsp Aloe vera Gel
3 tbsp Yogurt
4 tbsp Oil
Please watch the full video to see how everything was made. I didn't 'use all the horsetail and fenugreek solution. I kept on adding in the solution little by little to get the right consistency of my deep condition. If you do add in all the solution at once and you end up with just liquid instead of a thick condition don't worry just place it in the fridge until the next day and it will thicken up.
