What Does it Really Mean to be a Devotee

• A lot of us don't realize what it means to be a devotee. To become a devotee means we have to practice what a pure devotee does.
• Our practice of Krishna consciousness doesn't just mean chanting Hare Krishna, it also means practicing the qualities of a devotee. If we don't practice trying to be a pure devotee, then we won't be chanting purely.
• Prabhupada's vision was that everyone should go back to Godhead, and the general process for that is that at some point they have to get initiated.
• Initiation doesn't mean that we've reached the summit; it means that we've just started.
