Disney's GCH Craftsman Bar Food and Drinks!

We're back at Disneyland and this time we're relaxing by the pool at the Grand Californian Hotel at the new GCH Craftsman Bar. This new Disney Bar is situated right next to the Grand Californian pool. The lounge offers several food items as well as an extensive drink menu with seasonal offerings.

The Grand Californian Hotel recently renovated this area to create the Grand Californian Craftsman Bar and the Craftsman Grill as well. This Disneyland bar has quickly become one of our favorites on property.

On our visit we tried:
Cali Sliders: American Wagyu Patty, Oven-roasted Tomato, Vegetable Relish, Spiced Hollandaise, Swiss, Artichoke Aïoli, and Pickled Vegetables.

Craftsman's Garden: Llegal Mezcal Joven, Lemon Juice and Agave Nectar

Lavender Spritz (seasonal): Ketel One Vodka, Maschio Prosecco Brut, Creme de Violette, Lavender Syrup and Lemon Juice

Grand Mai Tai: Bacardi 8 Yr Aged Rum, Myers's Dark Rum, Orange Curaçao, Orgeat (Almond), and Lime Juice
