FD RX7 E Brake Cable and a Few Odds & Ends

FD RX7 E Brake Cable and a Few Odds & Ends Something I should have taken care of a long time ago is the damaged e-brake cable in my FD. The cable functioned, but it was burned up in the fire and was missing the sheathing, grommets, and rubber connector that holds the cable from dangling inside the transmission tunnel. There are 3 basic sections to the cable: the front section that ties both of the rear cables to the e-brake handle, and the two cables running out to each rear caliper. It is probably a good idea to replace all 3 at once, but considering my front section was damaged and rear cables seem fine, I opted to replace the front section. Replacing the cable is a difficult task with the exhaust and drive shaft in place. It takes the right combo of tools and a lot of patience to get the old cable out. The new cable goes back in a little easier.

I also install the e-brake lever and catch up on some of the other items that I have been working on and open a few packages that have arrived with brand new OE parts.
