2.SOCIAL MEDIA- Cut back and try not to be on social media 247. Research has shown the issue comes from comparing ourselves with others people. They starts to become less satisfied with themselves. Less satisfied with life, some relationships, and families suffers.
3.SLEEP- Sleep 7 to 9 hours to function your best. Children, and teens need more.
4.BREAK THE SUGAR HABITS- The American Heart Association recommends no more 25 grams of added sugar per day for women and 36 grams for men.
5.ADD FRUIT AND VEGETABLES TO BREAKFAST- So whip up vegetables in omelets or delicious smoothies bursting with fresh fruits.
