No sewer connection charges till March 31, move will help to clean Yamuna: CM Kejriwal

New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on November 18 informed that the state government will not charge development and charges on sewer connection from the people till March 31.
