After days of delay, the Taiwan People''s Party has released its party list at last. No. 1 is Taipei City''s labor director and long-time activist Lai Hsiang-ling . The list taps close aides of party founder Ko Wen-je, including Tsai Pi-ju at No. 5 and Huang Ching-ying at No. 13. High up on the list at No. 3 is a close aide to Hon Hai founder Terry Gou. Ko said that with some luck on their side, his party could win as many as 10 seats in the at-large election.
