THINK AND THINK AGAIN  | SETTING HABITS AND WELLNESS GOALS |  HAVE YOU MET THE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL ? "Health as an end point really doesn't mean a lot to some of us," But ask someone about their health purpose, and a lot of people will say things like, 'I want to be there for my kids, I want to be a good example, I want to see my kids graduate from high school, I want to enjoy my retirement with my spouse.' And people start to realize that some of their health behaviors aren't compatible with those goals. Understanding what drives your quality of life, will help us know how to work toward achieving our health goals. As you watch this video we will like you to ask yourself, then ask yourself again the following questions.
"How do I want to live my life going forward and how is my health a vehicle in getting there?". Use your imagination to picture your goals. "When you are at your best, what does that look like?. Think about specifics. What specific elements make up your best life?. Verbalize your goals, write them down. Ask yourself what you're already doing well that is putting you on the path toward your goal.
