It's amazing to me how many folks I know that take a hit in the fall, due to seasonal affective disorder, or just a general drop in energy and positive outlook due to nothing that's ever been "diagnosed"... I know that I suffer from SAD every year, usually starting in October sometime. I've tried to do my best here to express this cloud of negativity which just takes over- if you suffer, you know what I mean... If you don't, perhaps you know someone who does that you can support.
