The box is having a unfixable problem during watching the YouTube video. Since then, the device can’t connect to the WiFi or it will reboot right away and fail and reboot and fail... Even let it sit there without doing anything it will reboot after 5-10 mins. To reset to factory default didn’t fix it. To use android initial boot menu and clear the cache and reset to factory default didn’t fix it.
