Matcha Latte:
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 tsp monk fruit

Chocolate:
1 cup Coco or almond milk
1/4 cup water (optional)
1 tbs Cacao
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
cayenne
1 medjool Dates

Cinnamon Adaptogen Latte:
1 cup Coco or almond milk
1 tsp beet powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 TSP Reishi
1 TSP Maca
1/4 TSP Vanilla
1 Dates

Turmeric Latte:
Coconut or almond milk
1/8 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/8 tsp Ginger powder
1/4 Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Monk Fruit

Bullteproof Coffee:
1 cup Coffee
1 serving Collagen
1 tsp Monk Fruit
1 tsp coconut oil
