- A quick look at all the different topics we will be covering in this series of PID Tutorial videos. This series assumes you are familiar with the CLICK PLC and know how to spell PID. We will cover everything else you need to know about how to get PID up and running on the CLICK PLC. Note that this is a hands on show-you-how-to-do-it series - it is NOT a theoretical equations thing so you won't find any long winded explanation of integral and derivative equations in these videos. The videos are broken up as follows:
1, Overview (this video), 2. Hardware (it important to know what hardware you are working on), 3 Configuration (how to configure PID in a CLICK PLC), 4. Autotune (how to run an Autotune) , 5. Manual tune (for those times when Autotune struggles) , Ramp Soak (An example of how to use PID in a real system), Loose ends (covers things we glossed over in the previous videos) and some bonus videos that go in depth on some of the topics we skipped.
