Nowadays companies should really focus on in-house content creation. Therefore they should definitely hire more people for the content creation team. It’s interesting that companies are willing to spend millions on traditional marketing tactics like Google, TV ads or external agencies but won’t even invest 100k a year to hire some social media managers or content creators. They are somehow afraid to put in any money or don’t take the importance of in-house content creation seriously enough. In comparison to that, start-ups and young companies are crushing the social media game because they have to rely on in-house creation and oftentimes don’t have any money to buy the fancy ads.
