DPR assures public of adequate supply, cautions panic buying

There is no need for panic buying or stockpiling of premium motor spirit popularly known as petrol this yuletide and the new year.

That's an assurance from the Department of Petroleum resources during a surveillance and inspection Visit of filling stations in some parts of Lagos.

The department insists that there is enough stock of petroleum products across the country and further reiterates that punitive measures will be implemented on those involved in sharp practices.
