One Kg Rice Recipe: For Marination Chicken 1 kg Lemon Juice 2-3 tbs Salt- 1.25 tbs Red Chilli- 0.75 tbs Green Chilli Paste- 0.75 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste- 1.5tbs Cumin Powder- 0.5tbs Corriander Powder- 0.75tbs Fresh Corriander and mint- Handfull Fried Onion- Handful Curd-200gms Green Cardamom Powder- 0.25tbs Whole Spices- 1tbs Ground Whole Spices- 0.25tbs Oil- 200ml
For Rice Boiling: Whole Spices-1tbs Oil-100ml Salt-3tbs Bay Leaves- 1
Mix Marination Ingredients and Marinate for 4 hours. Boil Rice 50% and make a layer on chicken and keep boiling the rice and make a layer again when rice is 75% cooked and lastly make a layer of 100% cooked rice and cover with cloth and weight. Cook for 25 minutes on high flame. Enjoy your Biryani.
