XK 520 VTOL RC Plane - Fixing the wing

I am very new to flying RC planes and on my second time around I crashed the plane against a tree which cut part on the wind. I fixed it with contact glue for shoes and sofas and it turned out to be a very efficient way of fixing foam issues.
