An Afternoon in Amsterdam - Places to Visit in Amsterdam We try to do Amsterdam in an afternoon, and see lots of things to do in Amsterdam, such as Amsterdam canals, Dam Square, Begijnhof,
Bloemenmarkt, Museumplein and the Rijksmuseum.
We had 5 hours in Amsterdam, but if you want to do Amsterdam in one day, it's definitely possible to see most of the main Amsterdam tourist attractions. We spent our whole afternoon doing Amsterdam on foot to see the places to visit in Amsterdam.
We visited Amsterdam as part of our Dutch bulbfields river cruise with Edwards Coaches aboard Trans River Line's MV Prinses Christina:
