An Enduring Thing (Sour Pastry DIPA) | Hudson Valley Brewery | Beer Review | #709

An Enduring Thing (Sour Pastry DIPA) | Hudson Valley Brewery | Beer Review | #709 Today, I'm going to be reviewing a beer from the Hudson Valley Brewery, and it's their An Enduring Thing. This is what they're calling a Sour Double IPA that is brewed with raw wheat, malted oats, lactose, blueberry purée, coconut cream, vanilla and coconut flakes, then dry-hopped with Galaxy hops. This is also a collaboration with The Well, a public house out of Brooklyn. I love what Hudson Valley does, and this one sounds right in my wheelhouse, so let's see how it is! I also want to give a huge thanks to my buddy and viewer of the channel, Alex, for hooking me up with this one!
