Catching Waves on a WindSUP - Stand Up Wave Surfing - (Shot on GoPro Hero 8 Black & DJI Mavic Air)

Too much wind for Stand Up Wave Surfing but great waves? No problem with a WindSUP! It feels like soul surfing when catching waves after waves on a WindSUP.

Surfing on a WindSUP is the perfect combination of Stand Up Wave Surfing and Windsurfing....easy soul surf and a lot of time on the water! :)

This specific day was a great day on the reef of Puzziteddu, Sicily! After a massive storm, low wind but great waves were left behind and I fetched my NoveNove WaveSUP and a Point-7 Salt 4,2 and combined it as the perfect WindSUP. With smooth waves up to 1.5 meters, blue sky and sunshine it was a perfect soul surfing day on the coast of Puzziteddu, Sicily. Catching waves on a WindSUP is much easier than while Stand Up Wave Surfing....well, at least when you are an experienced windsurfer! ;)
