Sometimes after the end of a career, after trauma or tragedy, after any of life’s curve balls, connection and purpose can be lost. When this happens it can invite isolation and the unknown which can lead to loneliness and distress, when connection is lost it opens up the net that can protect us from falling. Connected By Inc. is a charity that supports ex-service personnel, first responders and the general public with support to promote mental wellness through creative and challenging personal pursuits. Connection is an integral part of community and when we are connected to community we have access to greater resources and access to greater care. At Connected By we are creating an access back into community, we are creating a stronger net for those who have served, for those who have protected and given, for those who care and those who have lost.
